When you submit a test drive, contact, or quote request form, we collect the details you provide:

• your full name and WhatsApp number;
• your email address (if provided);
• the vehicle model and variant you are interested in, your preferred dealer, and the date and location of your test drive;
• any message or notes you write, including your address for a Home Test Drive.

We also automatically record your IP address when a form is submitted, the source of your visit (such as ad campaign parameters or the referring site), and technical data such as device type and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Data

• to schedule and confirm test drives;
• to answer your questions and provide vehicle prices, promotions, and offers;
• to forward your request to the Chery MAS Group dealer you selected and follow up via WhatsApp, phone, or email;
• to measure the effectiveness of our website and advertising, and to improve our services;
• to prevent form misuse and keep the website secure;
• to comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis

We process your data based on the consent you give when submitting a form, to act on your request before any transaction takes place, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and improving our services. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only after you consent to them (see the Cookie Policy).

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only as needed with:

• the Chery MAS Group dealer you selected and the sales staff handling your request;
• PT Chery Sales Indonesia as the brand holder, where needed for sales programs, warranty, or after-sales services;
• financing (leasing) and insurance companies, only if you apply to purchase on credit;
• service providers that help us operate the website, such as our hosting provider, WhatsApp, Google Analytics, and Google Ads;
• competent authorities where required by law.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored on servers managed by or for us and can only be accessed by authorized staff. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and restricted access rights.
